I started working in to Bertoni Cafe.
OOOWWWW...
Who though that working in the kitchen is easy, never worked there before!
First day in the work:
I met with Jony, the maneger of the unit in Barmain. (they have 4 units)
He introduced me one guy, witch name i still trying to speak his name... Uatissap, Uatwap, What'sUp... something that... He's from Nepal and he's teaching me everything that i need to know in the kitchen. Hard Work man, hard work...
"man, you have to be fast and everything have to be very clean. Make you life easy.. so look at me.."
We wash dishes in the wash machine (forgot de name for that)
But when you take off the dishes, they are very hot!..
Wash the walls
Wash the floor
Wash the tables
Wash the sink
Wash the dishes again
Wash the pans with your hands
Wash the toaster
Wash the Machine wash
Wash the floor outside
Restore the stock with a lot of new box with different drinks
Wash the dishes again
Wash the parts of the machine to make coffees (that's tough, because is very dirty with coffees and i don't have strong enough in my fingers, because is very small)
Wash the dishes again
Packs the food to keep in the freezer
Pack the big toaster with aluminum foil
Wash the dishes again
Wash the floor again
Drink a good coffee made by the barista (from Vietna, which i forgot the name)
And wash something else again..

We don't stop one minute
But the time flies.

My first day, when i got home. i felt as if i had run an adventure race in 12hrs!
Totally destroyed!
My second day was more easy!

But now, my difficult is to decorate 456 different names!
Kind of juice, 2 different cups, spoon i know.. forks too, plastic for everything, regular, medium, big size for everything... etc etc
I ll make a sheet with subtitles and paste everything in the wall... Making my life easy..
And in the end, as my friend Flavio said, passing cream in to the hands...
Design is more easy!..ahahah
But i liked it!.. Totally different from anything i've ever done before!
Will be a good experience!

Today is saturday and i don't have to work, but tomorrow at 15:00, i'll be there.

Because we changed the level (we finished the Intermediate book and going to Upper Intermediate - But, i still have problems with Passive, Modals, grammar in general), my class will be more later in the monday. Starts at 9:30 and goes until 15:00!.. (i don't like this new time, because i'll arrive in the Bertoni more late).

And next week will be my last week here and i didn't found a new place yet!!

Last tuesday, i met with a friend who did not see for years,... Rogerio and Estela..
more than 10 years! Was a wonderful dinner at their house... And they have a child!... ok.. 10 years ago we were studying... and now they have family! Congratulations Estela and Rogerio!

That's it guys..
I'll looking for a new apartment now...

Eu comecei a trabalhar no Bertoni Café.
Ooooooowwww..
Quem pensou que trabalhar na cozinha é fácil, nunca trabalhou numa antes!
Primeiro dia de trabalho:
Eu encontrei com o Jony, gerente da unidade the Barmain (eles tem 4 unidades)
Ele me apresentou um cara, que o nome eu ainda estou tentando falar...Uatissap, Uatwap, What'sUp... coisa do tipo.. Ele é do Nepal e está me ensinando tudo oq eu preciso saber de uma cozinha. Trabalho duro, trabalho duro...
" cara, vc tem q ser rápido e manter tudo bem limpo. Facilite sua vida... então olhe oq eu faço.."
Nós lavamos os pratos numa maquina de lavar pratos (esqueci o nome em ingles)
Mas quando vc tira os pratos da maquina, eles estao fervendo!..
Lava parede
Lava o chão
Lava as prateleiras
Lava a pia
Lava os pratos de novo
Lava as panelas com suas mãos
Lava a tostadeira
lava a maquina de lavar louça
Lava o chão de fora
Repõe o estoque com um monte de caixas de diferentes bebidas
Lava os pratos de novo
Lava as partes da maquina de café (isso é dificil pq elas estão muito sujas de café e eu não tenho força suficiente nos dedos, pq as peças são muito pequenas)
Lava os pratos de novo
Embala a comida pra por no freezer
Embala a tostadeira grande com papel aluminio
Lava os pratos de novo
Lava o chão de novo
Bebe um bom café feito pelo Barista (ele veio do Vietna e que no caso, esqueci o seu nome)
E lava mais alguma coisa de novo

Nós não paramos um minuto.
Mas o tempo voa.

Meu primeiro dia, quando cheguei em casa, sentia como se tivesse corrido uma corrida de aventura de 12hrs!
Totalmente destruido!
meu segundo dia foi mais fácil!

Mas agora a dificuldade é decorar 456 nomes diferentes!
Tipo de suco, 2 diferentes copos, colher eu sei... garfo tb.. plastico pra tudo, tamanho pequeno, medio e grande pra tudo... etc etc
Eu vou fazer uma folha com legenda de tudo e colar na parede... Deixando minha vida descomplicada..
E no fim, como meu amigo Chan falou, passando creme nas mãos..

Design é muito mais fácil!..hahaha
Mas eu gostei!.. Totalmente diferente de tudo que eu já fiz na minha vida até hoje!
Será uma boa experiência!

Hoje é sabado e eu nao tenho que trabalhar, mas amanhã as 15:00 estarei la.

Por que mudei de nivel (nós acabamos o livro Intermediario e estamos indo pro Upper Intermediario (sei la como se diz isso em portugues) - Mas eu ainda tenho problemas com gramática no geral), minha aula será mais tarde na segunda. Começara as 9:30 e irá até 15:00!,.. (não gostei desse novo horário porque eu chegarei no Bertoni mais tarde)

E na semana que vem será minha ultima semana aqui e eu ainda não encontrei um novo lugar!!

Na ultima terça eu encontrei com um amigo que não via a anos... Rogerio e Estela.,,..
mais de 10 anos!..Foi um otimo jantar na casa deles.. E eles tem uma filha!..Ok, 10 anos atras estavamos estudando e agora eles tem uma família!. Parabéns Estela e Rogério!

É isso aee macacada
Vou procurar um novo apartamento agora...
